We loved the location. The kitchen was well equipped for a short stay and also there was some very thoughtful ice - essential for the G&T - left in the ice box. Liked the general design vibe of the place very much indeed.

It was very difficult to communicate with the hosts. The phone number and email address of the so called 'host' was invalid. The email bounced back and the phone number came up as not in existence. I did eventually get a reply to emails via Booking.com but often a standard response. Although the flat was offered with parking, the info I got said we would have to pay for parking. Eventually they said they would issue a parking permit just before arrival. It was stressful trying to work out whether we had one or not - we did but could not be sure. Likewise the codes to get into the building and the flat. I asked for the codes and they kept asking our ETA. I kept replying and telling them. They then said we would be given the codes just before we arrived. They didn't come. Again very stressful. At last I found them buried at the end of a long body of text in an old email. We did eventually get some responses, but it was never in a normal, human, way. I don't know what company runs this place but it is very much let down by the wrong information and the difficulty in communication. They need to get a proper person hosting it.

The location was quiet and the bed was good. Nice to have use of a kitchen and laundry facilities.

The TV didn’t work (no channels!), and the bedroom was a little cramped.

Great location, stayed previously in the James Bond suite and this is just as good albeit I am a James Bond fan. Nice welcome pack plus a good selection of breakfast cereals. Comfortable with views of the sea, cannot fault anything.

What a beautiful apartment. It was well-equipped and had a wonderful view of the water. The hosts were incredibly friendly and organised a parking permit for us. They could not have been more helpful (thank you). It was easy to park nearby the flat. This was a real home from home. We absolutely loved it! The flat is near to restaurants and bars and an Everyman Cinema. It is in walking distance of a Lidl and Aldi if you are self-catering.

Well appointed and very generous with all of the extras such as tea bags, eggs etc. Also,the guard was really helpful, showing us where to park and locate the apartment. Great views and beautifully decorated apartment. Sofa bed also very comfy.

Regular visitors to RWY. Excellent place for a break with great transport links over to Cornwall and into Plymouth by ferry.

Lovely clean property with great facilities. In a perfect position overlooking the water.

Leaving The most odd random thing. In the kitchen, the units and plug sockets were a little higher than normal.
