We are writing to express our deep dissatisfaction regarding our recent stay. This was the dirtiest room we have ever encountered, and it resulted in an extremely disappointing experience. Upon arrival, we were shocked to find the room in an unacceptable condition—dirty, foul-smelling (like a rotten-rat), with visibly damaged furniture and a sofa stained with what appeared to be body fluids. Please see attached photos for reference. We reported this immediately, and while the staff offered a new room and complimentary cleaning the following day, they also informed us that the booking was non-refundable. Unfortunately, the second room was equally unsatisfactory. It had a persistent moldy odor and signs that it had not been properly cleaned—most notably, a used water bottle left behind by a previous guest, water seepage on walls, spider webs above the bed and corners of the room, and uncleaned fridge. This raised serious concerns about the hygiene standards maintained at the property. Given the extremely poor conditions and in consideration of our health and safety, we felt we had no choice but to leave the premises despite having paid in full for a 3-night stay. We subsequently appealed for a refund due to the unacceptable state of the rooms and the failure to deliver the service we paid for. To our disappointment, only one night was refunded, with the explanation that the room was booked by another guest for just one night over the weekend. The remaining payment was forfeited, which we find entirely unreasonable considering the circumstances. We were not appropriately compensated for the substandard and unhealthy conditions, nor for the inconvenience and distress caused. We travel frequently and have stayed in a wide range of accommodations, but this was by far the dirtiest room we have ever encountered.

i would like to have Netflix n other movies in the facilities and have a good price. u like the view of the place.

1) Fantastic building. Fantastic Lobby. Fantastic mall attached. Fantastic Sea view It seems like once it is fully occupied this will be one of the prime spots in Batam 2) Systematically managed. All instructions were clearly explained. 3) Very close to the ferry terminal. 4) Wifi was good. Aircon was good.

1) Bathroom drainage is faulty - water doesn't drain properly 2) the bidet faucet leaked so it had to be turned off at the source. Plumbing needed. 3) Shower drainage is a problem with hair etc stuck in the drain 4) Living room is tiny. 5) No fresh air - windows are sealed. This is something many people are used to ... so it is not really a negative point. 6) Building is still under construction so very few people are around in the massive complex. Feels a bit like a ghost town ... but this will naturally get better in a few months as occupancy increases. 7) Not possible to SPEAK to the host at all. Personal touch would be welcome. Even though all communication on whatsapp was efficient, it is important to be able to contact a human when one is traveling to an unknown location. Add to that the fact that the receptionists do not speak English, this lack of human contact is a little uncomfortable. Fortunately everything went well and there was no real problem.

A prayer matt (Sajadah) should be provided. The aircon compressor 'door' should improve, hissing sound blowing wind from outside unit too loud. Extra 2 more pillows if possible.

The toilet drain was always getting flooded... cleaning tools left in a mess...the room didnt smell good at all... really stinked like someone just used the toilet to poop... probably the cleaner... the stink was really bad
