Luxurious Historic Renovated Bungalow DT Rapid City with Private Patio

Nice apartment, furnished with care. The kitchen was fully equipped, and the owner, who was very kind, had provided us with a washing machine and dryer along with everything we needed

The apartment is located along one of the main roads in Rapid City, which makes the living room area quite noisy. The sofa bed where my children slept was very uncomfortable, as the mattress springs could be felt a lot

The area was simply beautiful! The bedding was very comfortable... The things to see and do is wonderful.! The kitchen area was nice, the bedroom was nice. The bathroom was decent. Except for the rod for shower curtain was rusted

The patio furniture was outdated. Needed a brand new set including pillows. The shower rod was rusted. The sofa sleeper was not comfortable at all..outside landscaping could use some improvements. I could see around vent in bathroom was dusty.

loved the big comfortable bed, decor was beautiful. had everything we needed.

the tv was difficult to navigate for us middle agers, we don’t have a smart tv at home. but we figured it out well enough to watch a movie lol.

The location from everything was fairly good, it was in the middle of the city but also not in a super busy location.

The price was a little steep, but for what we got and the location is somewhat did make sense
