CYBooked during the night before arrival, haven't received any instructions, neither exact location/address during the following day. Failed to contact the owner to get ones. Spent about 2 hours in total into the street trying to solve the issue with Booking support team, as the reservation was eventually cancelled by the owner. Had to urgently seek other accommodation.
USThe location was great. The apartment was clean and modern.
Communication with owner was not good. There was literally no toilet paper on arrival, or coffee maker, hair dryer and (adequate) toiletries as listed in the description. When I try to communicate with the owner or manager of the apartment, nothing changed and nothing was resolved.
ITThe flat is very nice and the location is great. However I have to give it 1 out of 10 because when we arrived we noticed there was not toilet paper, we asked for it, the owner kept telling us that he would bring it and then he ghosted me . It’s nice place to stay but cleaning could be improved and make sure you bring your own toilet paper ehe
GBWe didn't stay in this property due to an issue before arrival, but we were upgraded by the owner to a larger apartment only a few mins drive away. The apartment was easy to find. We were given good instructions on how to access the property and very good communication throughout when we asked questions, eg, parking. It was a busy area for parking but we always got parked relatively easily. Very friendly neighbours too!
