Cosy City Centre Apartment with Parking

Well, 1st the attitude of the host. Should have some clear pictures of the key collection point and parking as it wasn't easy to find. And when we called him, he spoke with a superior attitude and kept on saying to follow the instructions, like we are very dumb. Then the flat: burned out light bulb in the living, radiator not working in the living, towel rail not working in the bathroom, broken extractor, broken freezer and full of ice, hair inside the fridge, rusty kettle and the property was extremely dirty and dusty. Because we only had 2 hours available to reach an event, didn't get the chance to contact Booking to ask them to change the place. As soon as we arrived, we found hair in the bedroom, in front of the mirror. Called the host and he "apologised" and sent the cleaner, suppose to be, to clean it. She apologised and removed it with a dirty cloth and left. What more to say? It's a pity because it's very nicely decorated but it's absolutely filthy. And everything in the flat it's either scratched or faulty. Clearly the host only cares about the money, not about any standards. Please avoid

All modern, great attention to detail from Hassan who is a brilliant host. Superb location, great facilities, great sleep too!
