Modern accomodation in Westcliff-On-Sea

The apartment decor was of a very high standard. Good quality kitchen and very nice bathroom. The 6ft bed was very comfortable and the apartment was spotless on arrival.

Sadly the ground floor apartment has neighbours. I have to report an honest review and while the apartment is faultless the whole duration was spoilt by a neighbour above. His constant noisy coming and goings along with the stench of cannabis throughout was unacceptable. We did not have one peaceful night sleep over 3 nights. Sadly we will not be returning. The apartment itself 10/10

Beautiful spacious property which had everything we needed. Decor was lovely and it felt homely.

Superb flat. Absolutely beautiful. Spotlessly clean. Not a speck of dust or dirt anywhere. Great communication from host with excellent communication and easy to follow instructions on how to enter the property and how to use TV. Bed was the most comfortable I have ever slept in. Exceptional quality throughout the flat with a high attention to detail. Within easy walking distance to train stations (Westcliff, Southend Victoria, Southampton Central), shops, theatre and coast. Loved it. Thank you so much.

Upstairs flat (above lounge) were noisy.

The neighbors from above are noisy especially in the night (partly due to the creaky floor).

Clean spacious apartment. Clear instructions on access. Fully stocked kitchen equipment and appliances. Fantastic bathroom. Showel gel, shampoo and conditioner provided was a bonus.

Very uncomfortable sofa bed in lounge. My son could not sleep due to feeling bars of the bottom part of the bed through a very thin mattress. It gave him a lot of back pain so he came and slept in the double bed with my daughter and I which was very squashed. Broken front door handle. Came off in our hands every time we went to use it. Provision of a few tea bags & sachets of coffee would be great.

I was blown away by the style, the facilities, the cleanliness, and size. I was pleased with the location, a walk away from everything. I will definitely stay again and I will tell my friends and family to come and stay. An amazing apartment!

-Slippery bathroom -No detergent for laundry -Sound insulation not very good -Exterior door handle loose
