All was good but you need to be careful that every person has to pay city tax

The location and apartment itself were nice, but the overall experience was disappointing due to poor communication and check-in issues. The host did not respond promptly, and I had to reach out to receive the self-check-in instructions. The address was not listed on Booking.com, and when I asked for it, the host requested to move the conversation to WhatsApp, which I found inconvenient. Even then, the details arrived quite late. Check-in was officially at 15:00, but we arrived at 16:15 to find the apartment still in a complete mess, with the cleaning lady inside. We had to wait about 15 minutes on the balcony while she finished cleaning. I also never received any checkout instructions, and none were listed on Booking.com. As a result, I had to leave the apartment unlocked when I left, which didn’t feel right at all. In addition to this, the Wi-Fi was horrible, it kept cutting out constantly, which was frustrating.

II had an amazing stay at this apartment! The location is absolutely perfect as it is a just a short walk from the train station and close to everything you could need. I didn’t have to take a taxi once during my trip since I like to walk. The apartment itself was sunny, clean, and really comfortable. The owner was also very nice and helpful, always available if I had any questions. I would definitely book this place again!

Absolutely nothing

The apartment was rented for 42 nights, but I only managed to stay there for 2. Nothing, what I discussed with the owner previously, was arranged. I came to Marrakech to study, and I needed a very quick, stable Internet. I told the owner about it a few weeks before I came. The same was with the kitchen. I needed a fully equipped, functional kitchen so I could cook for myself. Instead, I walked into a mess, dirty oven, microwave, one small pot for maybe 2 eggs only, no frying pans, no utensils, plastic cutlery, over 20 glasses (???), taped air-conditioning, broken drawers in the bedroom, wardrobe full of clutter, dirty floors, no dusting done for ages, and a very slow Internet (I couldn't even upload pictures on social media, so bad it was). I spoke to the owner on the first night, when I arrived, he promised to fix everything but unfortunately never heard from him again. I moved out after the second night and was forced to look for a different accommodation. He didn't respond to any of my messages, I didn't get any refund back and am still in process with booking.com to get compensation. He is so rude and arrogant that he doesn't even respond to any phone calls and emails from booking.com. Please, people, stay away from that place. I have never complained about any of the places I stayed at, but this time, I didn't have any other choice. Pictures included to prove the reason of complaint.

We did stay in this apartment for two nights and we are very pleased with everything. The host lady was very friendly and helpful. We did found everything what we needed for our stay: slippers, coffee machine, iron, hairdryer and heating in air conditioner ☺️tv have Netflix app too ☺️ all washing supplies was provided for washing machine and the kitchen was full equipment too , what is great. The bed is super king size and very comfortable, sockets near the bed too. Apartments has access to elevator and location is very good, just few steps from train station and plenty restaurants around too ☺️

The host was not responsive at all. When the wi fi cut off after 5 days, he did not re connect it at all,we had to buy our data. We were left with no gas for cooking for 2days. He promised to get a new iron because the old one was not working, it never came. Basically he didn't want to communicate with us after he got all his money .
