THERE WAS SMOKING SMELL IN THE ROOM DUE TO A PERSON SMOKING IN THE ADJOINING ROOM INSPITE THE HOTEL BEING NON SMOKING . ON OUR COMPLIANT THE STAFF SAID THEY WOULD CHARGE EXTRA FROM THAT PERSON , BUT COULD NOT STOP HIM FROM SMOKING , WHICH WAS VERY WEIRD AND WE HAD TO CHANGE OUR ROOM DUE TO THIS ISSUE .

The bed was so comfortable! Great gym and pool area, nice and close to the airport so perfect for an overnight stay.

Food was extortionate for the quality, more than expect to pay a lot for food and drink in a 5 star hotel, but I expect the quality to match, sadly it didn't. Almost £16 for a 125ml glass of wine... makes London look cheap!
