Comfy and Cosy Basement Studio Kalamata

Άψογα όλα.. Για ακόμα μια χρονιά επιλέξαμε το κατάλυμα αυτό για την διαμονή και δεν το μετάνιωσα ε... Έχει πραγματικά τα πάντα μέσα.. Κανονικό σπίτι και παραπάνω από αυτά που μπορεί να έχουμε σπίτια μας... Η καθαριότητα είναι δεδομένη.. Κεράσματα για την υποδοχή!!! Και πολύ εξυπηρετικοί και προσχαροι οι ιδιοκτήτες!!!

Οι οικοδεσπότες φιλικοί και εξυπηρετικοί! Το δωμάτιο πεντακάθαρο!!! Οι παροχές εξαιρετικές! Η κουζίνα πλήρως εξοπλισμένη. Υπάρχει πλυντήριο και στεγνωτήριο! Δροσερό και χωρίς την χρήση του κλιματιστικού. Το κατάλυμα είναι κοντά στο κέντρο. Μας άφησε πολύ καλή εντύπωση.

Το δωμάτιο είναι υπόγειο και κατεβαίνεις από μια περιστροφική μεταλλική σκάλα, το γνωρίζαμε όμως, αναφέρεται στην περιγραφή, οπότε αυτό για εμάς δεν ήταν θέμα.

Η διαμονή μας στο Comfy and Cosy Basement ήταν υπέροχη. Το δωμάτιο πεντακάθαρο με αρκετές ανέσεις και ένα σούπερ άνετο κρεβάτι. Επιπλέον η κουζίνα ήταν εξοπλισμένη με αρκετά μαγειρικά σκεύη καθώς και κάποια βασικά τρόφιμα.

The host was very friendly and always available. He made sure the room was fully equipped and even provided food for cooking and breakfast, which was a pleasant surprise. The location is convenient, close to the Kalamata bus station, about a 20-minute walk to the central square, and roughly 40 minutes to Kalamata Beach by bus.

The only downside is that the room is in the basement, which we were initially concerned about. However, once we arrived, it didn’t feel uncomfortable at all — everything was just fine.

The property has a small kitchen, washing machine and dryer which is a bonus when travelling. You can park a short distance away in an empty plot of land.

It is in a basement so there are no windows at all. Older or less mobile guests need to be aware that access to the basement is via a metal spiral staircase, so care has to be taken especially if you have a suitcase. If driving there, the property is in a very narrow street and cars park along this street, so you may only have inches to spare not to scrape your car.

Very friendly owners! Nearby there is common area for parking! Well equipped apartment! Water in the refrigerator, coffe, tea, croissants...very nice welcome! Second night we lost our keys (felt in the car) and they came to open! They make this in manner not to confuse us! Again apology and thanks for your hospitality

The apartment is basement us it is declared and we know that! It is not negative because we know that and apartment is like new! Smell like new!

The apartment was super clean, super comfy and super cosy as the name has it! I booked it for my parents and they were thrilled with the owners hospitality and with all small details that made their stay exceptional. Small croissants and biscuits and a glass of wine and coffee and tea. They loved it and kept talking about it even 2 days after their stay. They kindly asked me to write a review on their behalf and stress how clean and well equipped this apartment is and how kind and generous the owner is.
