We booked the room with breakfast but there is no facility and also hotel staff not able to provide. Room and bathroom was in very bad position. Not worth, wastage of money.

This is a oyo type hotel the staff served samosa jalebi on news paper when I say to staff for cutlery they told me that they didn't kept cutlery in hotel and also they called me for cheak out before 11 pm.

They treat our customers like a dharamshala stay room size very small and congested

The room was spacious and clean

There was no facility of tea, coffee, not even drinking water. The bathroom was very small. Staff was not very accommodating and they didn't even bother to ask you if you needed any help or any service. Drinking water was not available in such hot weather and we were asked to get it from market

This was the worst stay I’ve ever experienced. The staff was completely unhelpful, and the service level was effectively zero. We booked the hotel online and made the payment upon arrival, but the rooms were nothing like what was shown on Booking.com and OYO. None of the amenities mentioned on the website were available—there was no WiFi, TV, telephone service, towels, soap, or even handwash. The room was unhygienic, and several switches were not working. We reported these issues to Booking.com, and they advised us to stay for 24 hours while they investigated. However, the situation was unbearable—there were mosquitoes and ants on the bed, which we showed to the manager, but he simply said there was nothing he could do. We received no help and no refund, so we decided to leave the hotel the same day. We had originally booked the room for four days and paid ₹4,800, but were only offered ₹3,047 for three days, with no further assistance. I will also be sharing images as proof. Please don’t make the same mistake we did—not only is your money at risk, but your health as well.
