The tuk tuks that were stationed at the hotel grounds was a great, practical idea for guests transport to get around locally. Similar to Grab taxis and that you have the tuk tuks' registration for security of guests. Since the hotel isn't exactly at an easy location to reach. Special mention to your Hospitality Supervisor, Elaine. Very pleasant personality, helpful & professional.

Brand new hotel that apparently opened last Dec 2024. Reception staff were disorganised, uninformed, inefficient. We had arrived earlier than the check in time. We decided to hire the car and do some sight seeing. Returned around 4pm. Confronted with slow check-in process. It was one day after when we had been asked for passports/ID. Room we had been given; the safe box wasn't working. And door lock system had made alarm sounds when we tried to shut the door. Waited for engineer to fix the issues. Transferred to a different room. Only for the door alarm system to sound off once again. We had to leave the room in order to have our dinner. Help arrived from the Hospitality Supervisor, Elaine. Very helpful with a professional manner. Stayed at the room to mind the Engineer/Handyman whilst we had been out to dinner. We didn't have a choice. It shouldn't have to be this way. Same cycle of issues. Also, we had to request for the shower curtain as the water was spilling everywhere. Bathroom is quite small. Inconvenienced, waste of our time for our 2-nights stay. Food at the hotel restaurant were pricey and tasted ordinary. Out of goodwill, we should have been offered food discount at the very least from the hotel restaurant. Or a partial refund for the room due to pathetic inconvenience. Hotel is inexperienced and needs to get their act together.

Only stayed one night as a last minute panic. It was perfect for us. Didn’t get to use the pool, which was a shame. Breakfast was limited for English travellers but sufficient.

Every single member of staff here was delightful and happy to help. We were greeted by a really man Alex on concierge, he was outstanding! Hotel is fabulous and super clean!

It’s not clean done coach roach and poop in the toilet that we never used the water is not working good. I feel like the building is like a haunted building.

Safe place, comfortable bed.

This hotel is still under construction and far from complete. Expect some noise from the work going on during the day. The room is small and has everything you need. The bathroom is a joke. Nothing prevents the water and soap to go everywhere when you take a shower. Nowhere to put your amenities, so expect to use the hall for that- the toiletpaper will get wet as well. The door to the bathroom is fairly new but is already croocked. This hotel will look old before it opens I am afraid. Breakfast has limited choices and gets boring fast. No food available, bar has a few drinks and bottled beer.

The Shower is very Poor, control for Hot water is not working properly. there are surprise charges like the key, we were charge 1000. pesos I will never recommend this hotel

Very good and pleasant accommodation with all-smiles, couteous.and polite staffs. Rooms are nice, clean and well maintained. Suggestion: make the shower area separate It would have been perfect if access to the beach is available or, walkways to the forest-type area at the rear.of.the rear was created for walking. We'll stay again at this hotel-resort on our next visit to Bohol.
