We had to come to Fagaras, Romania on a business trip and decided to stay at the Vila Imperial. This was one of the best hotel experiences that I have ever had in my life. The hotel looks better than the pictures that they posted in their website. The hotel is beautiful and extremely clean. The rooms are huge and are very well kept. Everything worked properly and nothing was torn or worn down. The hotel staff constantly keeps the area clean to ensure that they keep up with the hotel image that they established. Vila Imperial's style of decor provides a sense of glamour, you will appreciate all the details in the decor. Alin and the team's customer service was top notch and some of the best that I have received. You can tell that their mission is to provide the best customer service possible and ensure that customers are taken care of. The Ethiopian coffee that we were served every morning was a great touch and one that we all appreciated. The hotel is located in a good area which has a few restaurants, pubs, and sites to see. Be aware that as of 04 Nov 23, there is a lot of construction going on in the area. This is NO fault of the hotel, but something that needs to be known as it limits parking around the area. However, we were there during the weekday and it didn't effect us much. The city of Fagaras is looking at improving their roads, sidewalks, and overall look of the city. This will provide a better experience for the citizens of the town and the tourists that visit. If you're ever in the area, so not hesitate to stay in this hotel. It is an experience that you will appreciate and never forget.
