Great location, spacious, clean, easy to get into on arrival, has a lift, quiet at night.

The shower is terrible. It’s difficult to get the water hot unless you turn on another tap. Then it gets much to hot. When you turn it down it goes cold! Very uncomfortable shower area. The boiler needs adjusting and the shower renewing. There are 2 beds in the lounge, but no comfortable sofa to relax on in the evening. The purpose of having an apartment instead of a hotel room is to have a comfortable area to sit in. The clothes airier needs replacing and the shutters off the bedroom doors need fixing so they can open easily.
