The location is good. Close to the city center. The bed was comfortable.

The management company - not very responsive and polite. The registration process was time consuming. Nobody contacted us prior to the arrival to give us details. We had to ask them ourselves. We had questions prior and during the stay and nobody answered them or at least not on time. There were no shampoo, shower gel or coffee capsules. You have to throw away the carbage yourself. (?!) The hot water runs out quickly. As the apartment is on the ground floor, it was a bit dark.

Appartamento spazioso, ben arredato ed accessoriato, pulito e molto vicino alla stazione e alla zona pedonale. Bar, pasticcerie e ristoranti vicini all'appartamento.

l'appartamento era situato al piano terra e tutte le finestre affacciavano su un cortile interno adibito a garage e parcheggio, quindi nessuna vista sulla città come invece indicato nella descrizione dell'appartamento.

Posizione buona,raggiungibile il centro anche a piedi

La pulizia dei piumoni e coperte,su un piumone c' erano delle macchie

La posizione, l’ampiezza degli spazi

Purtroppo il soggiorno NON é stato piacevole, la casa era fredda e mi sono ammalata. Non è concepibile che si affitti un alloggio senza pompa di calore o senza una stufa. Non essendo in piena estate, e in una città del nord, é più che probabile che faccia freddo. É chiaro che ci sono vincoli territoriali per accendere il riscaldamento, ma così come é presente un condizionatore può essere presente una pompa di calore. Eventualmente anche a pagamento.

Ottima posizione, vicinissima alla stazione Porta Nuova ed al centro.

Alloggio al piano terra e buio, anche il bagno risulta un po' buio
