FRLa maison, la decoration, beaucoup de gout, le quartier résidentiel très agréable, très calme. 15mn a pieds de Jackson Square. Tout parfait pour nous. Merci

The description is misleading. I NOW know that when it says a 3 bedroom unit in Massachusetts; it's dorm style. This is best for families or company that know each other. I come.from a place 3 bedroom means bed and restroom. Sharing a common area plus bathroom plus kitchen plus patio is too much of a hassle. On top of that is the climate control. I sleep with the A/C but the other party wanted heat on. We eventually had to come to agreement and turn it off despite it being 75 degrees and no wind. My recommendation is placing a fan in each of the rooms. Furthermore advertise for 2 rooms only. Make third bedfroom available during busy season and give notice to party that they are sharing SEVERAL spaces. This will help with those choosing this place, keeping customers happy. I can see a potential issue happening if the current format of occupancy continues. Because why would I pay similar prices thats comparable to a hotel? When the hotel has an elevator, own space/ facilities and thicker walls. Just saying....

La salle de bain partagée n’est pas nettoyée dans la journée, elle est restée sale pendant toute la durée de notre séjour. Elle est partagée, sur les deux jours de notre séjour, nous l’avons partagée avec deux autres couples. La chambre est très petite. Aucune insonorisation entre les chambres, nous entendions les deux autres couples dans l’appartement. Une seule place de parking privée (pour trois chambres). Impossible de réserver moins de 3 nuits…

Es wurde nicht ganz klar kommuniziert, dass sich das Bad und das WC geteilt wird. War für uns völlig ok.
