Coastal Suite at Private Home Lyndhurst

The love we have been given was amazing, the place was clean and comfortable, like everything was amazing. I'm 100% recommending other to choose Lyndhurst.

The property is exactly as advertised, very clean, safe and close to the city centre.

I truly enjoyed this quiet gated estate and can recommend it.

Pandora and her daughter were very friendly and helpful. The unit looked exactly like the picture and it was squeaky clean. Housekeeping cleaned the unit everyday at no extra cost. There were nice small thoughtful touches like liquid hand soap, shower gel, hand sanitizer and milk in the fridge for our coffee. Pandora even checked to see if we had arrived home safely after our visit.

The water in the shower took extremely long to get hot. There was one morning where I had to take a cold shower because the hot water was finished. We could hear everything that was happening upstairs and I'm sure they could hear all the sounds from our unit as well. The location is not ideal for people who do not have a car. I thought we would just be able to walk to where we needed to be or take an Uber or a Bolt for places that were a little further away. Unfortunately Uber and Bolt does not operate in Margate. We had to use metre taxis and they charge triple the amount an Uber would.Even walking did not work out 100%, because there were areas that were extremely quiet (not a soul around) and then streets that were very busy. We walked to the beach one day, which was a little further than expected - there were a lot of uphills and downhills and then we had to walk through town, which didn't seem safe.I feel like if we had a car, we would have had a totally different experience. I did not like the smell of the garage, which we had to walk through to get to our unit.
