Stone Made Private Pool Villas Kriopigi

The house is very authentic. Location is super great - it’s close to the village and the road. But being 100 meters from it makes it super quiet. The stones keep the house cooled even during the day. The provided gas grill is perfect way of cooking if you like it of course. The private yard makes staying very comfortable.

There is nothing something that could be a reason to say no for this property. Few things we noticed as a big family. The property needs some renovation, it’s not critical but it’s clear it’s been used for long time. Also there is no A/C for the first floor. During a day it’s not a problem. But if you are family of 5+ and somebody needs to sleep downstairs it could be not very comfortable. Also the sofa on the first floor can’t be turned to a bed, so only one men could sleep more or less comfortable on one sofa (there are two)

Imaginile reflectă realitatea. Locul este confortabil, bun pentru familii,si liniste Locul este curat și bine intretinut cu siguranta ne vom intoarce , multumim gazdelor de asemena de ajutor pe tot parcusul vacantei

sistemul de incalzire al apei (boiler), dar pentru cunoscatori care stiu foarte bine cam toata grecia foloseste acelasi sistem

The property as a whole was very comfortable, quiet, and beautiful. We loved the location and the grounds!

Only one burner on the stove worked and the cooking supplies were very slim. It was a bit difficult to fix a simple meal. Thankfully, there are many dining options nearby, so cooking isn't a necessity.

The pool is great, and very quiet place

The property is great, very clean with good air conditioning, very well equipped. The pool area is very nice and very cosy - for family vacation with kids is a great choice. Beds in bedrooms are very comfortable. Generally, the surrounding of pine forest is tranquil and perfect choice for spending a peaceful holiday close to nature.

The property is quite remoted out of the village without sign on the main road , so it was challenging to find it in the beginning. It's an off-road driveway, so one needs to be extra cautious when approaching. It's remoted from the beach. There is no direct path from property to nearby beach, it can be reach only by car. So it needs extra organisation for visiting the beach. The property is without a border wall or any additional security like as a locked entrance. It's completely open without any control in the case of unwanted trasspasing or entering. It's not comfortable for one person to stay there alone even during the day. During the night, there are no street lights - the only light is the light on the property - which is not enough because cars are in front of the house beside the road and forest.

Beautiful house with 2 bathrooms. Bedrooms upstarairs have airconditioning. Very calm and quiet, still within 10 minute to the main Road with shops. Great pool and electric barbecue ! Totally recommend

Tv did not have a signal and we had some WiFi issues because either we could not Connect or was very weak. Still it doesn't bother much since we vere there to relax
