"Meglio dentro che fuori.."

L'appartamento è nuovo e arredato bene. Ben riparato dal sole e con ampie finestre. Letti comodi, bagno bello, cucina abbastanza completa.

Il giardino non è curato, il prato e molte piante sono secche, un ombrellone era rotto e inutilizzabile. L'idea che da l'esterno della struttura è quella di essere un po' lasciata a se stesso. Il patio laterale era una specie di discarica a cielo aperto. Unico plus la doccia esterna ma con scarico otturato.
