Clean, neat and very helpful host.

I like everything about it, the whole set up where it is located the place itself the only thing is, they do not clean the place properly, there was still dust in sum places, other then that I enjoyed my stay and will come back again

Convenience to shopping centers and beach

Karin charges a breakage fee which is understandable in any air bnb situation. The issue comes in when you get accused of breaking or damaging something that you did not. She cannot provide any photos or proof of the condition of the items before you check in only after you leave which is her manager's responsibility to let her know what is broken or not with photo evidence after each guest leaves. When asked where is the photo inventory response is she has many guest coming in and out she can't have photos of each thing then don't charge a fee if you not willing to put the work in and keep the admin updated. This could have been a great stay but it's been a stressful stay since checking out.

Absolutely amazing host was so friendly apartment was clean neat spacious. Would definitely visit again!

The lifestyle centre should use gloves when preparing the food and handling the pi,za dough
