"Sehr schöne Penthouse-Wohnung in bester Innenstadtlage von RC mit charmanter Vermieterin"

Die Wohnung ist das Penthouse eines zweistöckigen Wohn- und Bürohauses in sehr guter Innenstadtlage in Reggio Calabria, Die wesentlichen Ziele in der Innenstadt lassen sich in max 15' zu Fuß erreichen - das Museo Archeologico mit den griechischen Bronzestatuen, die allein schon eine Reise Wert sind, der Corso Garibaldi (Haupteinkaufsstraße), der Bahnhof RC Lido, der wunderschöne Lungomare... Die sehr geräumige Wohnung ist frisch und liebevoll renoviert, beide Schlafzimmer haben en suite-Bäder. Trotz zwischenzeitlich vorgenommener Bebauung hat man einen Blick auf den Strettomare, die Meerenge von Messina. Die reizende Vermieterin Gabrielle ist nahezu jederzeit erreichbar; sie bemühte sich sehr, uns den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten.

Die Parkplatzsituation in RC ist - vorsichtig ausgedrückt - schwierig. Es empfiehlt sich, hat man einen "sicheren" Platz ergattert, den Wagen möglichst stehen zu lassen.

Appartamento nuovissimo arredato con gusto e funzionalità, circondato da un bel terrazzino per fare colazione. Fantastica posizione centrale ad un passo dal lungomare e a due minuti a piedi dal museo. Molto pulito, letto comodissimo.

Manca l'ascensore, ma in descrizione era indicato.
