The apartment isn't new but is very well maintained and equipped with all necessary utensils for a comfortable stay. Excellent location and private parking spaces available. Everything was clean and functional!

Missing a tumble dryer, which would be helpful for families with kids who do lots of laundry (the drying rack was available). The main bedroom lacks a built-in fan (a small portable one was provided), and with windows closed for child safety, it gets hot in the afternoons and early evenings—more portable fans or AC would make a big difference.

The location was perfect--a short walk to the stadium. Our host Mieke was also very helpful and responsive. The rooms were comfortable and the apartment had everything we needed for a weekend trip to Cape Town.

"Spacious and very central located apartment."

We really liked to explore the city from Mieke's place. The place is very clean; spacious and in pretty apartment complex. The communication was really nice and quick. We could really recommend staying here, Mieke is one of the best hosts we have met so far. Thanks again and hopefully till next time!

The only downside is that there is no elevator; but having just a few suitcases it was not much of a problem. Other than that the apartment was perfect.

Place was a bit dusty, especially in the main bedroom. The previous tenants left dirty plates and glasses in the cupboard
