Sunset Boutiqe Apartment Old Town Zadar

Comfortable space in a great location within the old town.

Check in was a bit challenging, as the apartment itself was hard to find (is not what shows up on Google maps). The church bells also ring very sporadically and start at 7am - which was beautiful, but would recommend earplugs if you’re a light sleeper. Wouldn’t recommend for anyone with a baby.

Difficult to contact the property re; check-in details, but once contact was made, it worked out perfectly. The area can be noisy, so air con needed in all rooms in hot weather. Need larger towels, hairdryer, and mirrors in bedrooms.

Petra, the host, was very prompt in responding to any messages. The apartment was in an excellent location, very easy to find, and the access instructions were clear and simple to follow. The apartment was exceptionally clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We will definitely stay there again when we visit Zadar.

Having to leave was the only thing we disliked.

The unit was dirty in places, host was poor communication did not answer simple questions we required for the stay had to ask a few times how to enter the apartment waiting hrs in the heat for an answer no help re: wifi and parking which is difficult for foreigners to work out in a different country, resulted in parking fines, along with the dirty apartment and non communication resulted in us leaving after one night having to find alternate accommodation at last minute with young children. do not recommend.
