Locația este aproape de centru, ceea ce ne-a încântat, iar cafeneaua lor servește o cafea excepțională.

Pereții sunt foarte subțiri, astfel că se aud atât vecinii, cât și zgomotul de afară. În baie am găsit câteva probleme: mici defecțiuni la duș, clanța ușii stricată, iar un scaun avea picioarele prinse prost și se clătina. De asemenea, baia nu era tocmai curată.

Apartamentul este curat, bine impartit, la 10 min de mers pe jos de centru are toate dotarile necsare si loc de parcare. Pentru 2 persoane este perfect. Nimic de reprosat

Let’s reveal the true colors of this “hotel” and its so-called customer service. I was extremely disappointed, so checking this review before booking your stay might save you a lot of time and frustration. First of all, we were on a long trip — we had 9 other bookings over more than two weeks, and every single one of them was far better than this place. We would never have booked this one in the first place, but unfortunately, our original choice had plumbing issues, and we had to find a replacement within just two hours after a long drive from another city. We also needed a secure parking spot, which limited our options even more. When we arrived, we were immediately disappointed — first by the smell in the apartment, and more importantly, by its overall condition. The bathroom was disgusting, and the rest of the place didn’t feel any better. We were exhausted from traveling, but I politely asked customer service if this was indeed the correct apartment, as it clearly didn’t match any description of a clean place. The response was shockingly rude. They admitted the bathroom “needed a makeover” but claimed they were not responsible for the condition left by previous guests. (Who is responsible then? Who’s taking the money for it?) When I tried calling the number listed on Booking.com, nobody answered. The only “solution” they offered was: go find something else, but we don’t accept refunds. Since we were already exhausted, we decided to stay for one night and leave as early as possible the next morning. In the meantime, I reached out to Booking.com for support. Unfortunately, they weren’t much help either. I was honestly afraid of the aggressive attitude of the customer service team and didn’t feel safe. I even asked Booking.com to prevent any further contact with GAVAS, but unfortunately, that didn’t happen.

It needs some improvement: the bathroom door is damaged because of the water that comes from the shower, the carpet could be better cleaned and the leftovers form other guests in the cabinets were old and runny ( oil and condiments etc) and dirty.
