Everything was very clean, well-organized, excellent location, easy access.

The location of the apartment, it is within an easy walk to places of my interest.

The confirmation on the door code etc only arrived as we were already at the airport ready to fly to Cluj. It is a bit of hassle for us who likes to get things ready before we leave. One never know if our cellphone roaming will work in Cluj or if the airport internet will be available, hence it would have been much appreciate it should we were able to get the code and all the instructions much earlier. To be honest we never encounter such timing issues with any other places we've been, this is a first for us. The early check in time request also was not confirmed and had to ask as we arrived in Cluj (we request an early check in on our booking). We appreciate the fact that we got an early check in, and would have understand should we could not get it; however a simple yes and or no before we arrived in Cluj will be much appreciated.

The apartment is clean, it has everything that is needed.

The location is very noisy because of the street noise.

EVERYTHING. very good located only a few minutes to the city center. very clean, comfortable bed, a nice little fridge, nespresso coffee machine with tabs included nice and clean bathroom

The apartment is in a great location. It has clean rooms and possesses an excellent and efficient layout. The key entry is easy and coffee is provided as well. The lighting is pleasant and very relaxing.

The unit faced the street and the road noise made sleeping a bit difficult during the early morning hours. The blinds also did not block out all of the outside street lights. There was no milk or cream in the refigerator.

The check-in process was incredibly smooth, and the location is excellent. The place itself is cozy and provides a very pleasant atmosphere for a comfortable stay.
