Baltic Dockside Apartment, Free Parking

Wifi was fixed. Very reliable.

When I arrived, there was a pool of water on the floor in the kitchen. I had to clean it up.

The location and parking were okay.

I was initially told I could check in from 2pm, on the day I found out that I couldn't check in until 3pm. The check in instructions said the keys would be collected from around the corner, which turned out to be a 15 minute walk. When I entered the property I found that 3 of the hobs had been left on, which could have caused injury. I went out for dinner, came back, realised that only a few of the lights in the kitchen/living room were working, then i stood in a puddle of water which had started pooling from the washing machine (which we hadn't used). The flat was freezing, there were no explanations of how to work the thermostats etc. Tried to chill out and watch Netflix, only to discover that neither the living room TV or the bedroom TV had strong enough WiFi signal to stream. So it was a freezing cold night on a lumpy bed that felt like it was from the 80s in an extremely dustry bedroom, there was dust and someone elses's hair on both of the bedside tables. I messaged the host to let them know about the issues I had during my stay and to confirm where to leave the keys as i was told to leave them in "the key-nest"; there was no "key-nest", I collected them from a shop! The host never responded to me which is just rude. A simple apology and clarification would have been nice considering the money I paid for a disappointing stay in a sub-par flat, which may look the part in pictures but fails to live up to expectation on arrival. It was quite the oversight to not even put handsoap in the bathroom!

A modern, stylish apartment in a great location—quiet, comfortable, and had everything I needed.

Good location

The central heating leaked all the time over the kitchen floor, and there were no instructions on how to control it. The graduations had disappeared from the oven controls so using it was by trial and error. The mattress has seen better days and is saggy. Half the overhead lights in the living room do not work.

Well located for ACC conference centre. Quiet Good value

If you don’t have a car it’s about 0.5 mile walk to key collection point.

Great location and lovely accommodation.

Bed a little soft but still comfortable. A firm bed is just our preference.

The apartment was perfect! Great location,clean and home from home touch .Mathew you are a fantastic host thank you so much for looking after and the return of my Galaxy tablet I carelessly left at the apartment.
