La posizione ottimale, vicino a tutti i servizi della città. Appartamento tenuto abbastanza pulito.

C’era solo uno split dell’aria condizionata in una camera. Il salottino non aveva l’aria condizionata.

Location is perfect on the 3rd line very close to the beach (we chose Serena 21-23), quiet neighborhood comparing to the main street allowing you to have windows open and fully rest overnight ; our apartment had 2 balconies, giving us a possibility to stay in the sun or hide in the shade; Yes, air conditioning is only in the bedroom - but it's enough to cool down the whole space Host Elisa was welcoming and helpful ☺️

Basic kitchen equipment, but enough to prep some lunch (no kettle indeed, but you can use a pot instead to boil some water for tea/coffee, no scissors, had to ask for additional trash bags from the reception) Pretty narrow shower cabin, yet still enough space to have a shower; hair dryer included 👌🏻

Établissement entièrement rénové et très propre. Propriétaire à l'écoute, ils nous manquaient un chaudron dans la cuisine et une heure après j'en avait un. C'est un immeuble de location, possible d'avoir des clients plus bruit que d'autre, prévoir des bouchons. À 5 min à pied de la plage, wow pour l'emplacement.

À être vraiment critique, il manquait un linge pour essayer la vaisselle.
