Peaceful Garden View Flat with Lift Access

The apartment is very close to Cabot Circus which we appreciated, as we did not have a car. We were also happy to have 2 bathrooms.

Being so close to Cabot Circus was also a problem as there was a lot of noise from pedestrians walking past playing very loud music and heavy traffic. The apartment did not have air conditioning and heated up significantly on the sunny days. A portable fan provided was quite loud so couldn't be used at night and it was very difficult to sleep with windows open due to the noise outside. The sofas are quite hard.

Location is great , the 2 bedroom apartment is very convenient for a family with kids ,check in/out instructions where clear. attached to building is a car park which is booked with extra cost. Staff is very responsive and helpful any time. Apartment needed deep cleaning specialy in the kitchen.

The beds weren't very comfortable, very springy so when you moved you woke the person next to you up. Yellow rug in living area was discolored so looked dirty and it was secure so it was sliding when stood on. Seating in living area also not very comfortable It was cold when we arrived, it would of been nice to have the heating put on in advance, also there weren't instructions for the heating

Spacious, comfortable and clean space. Lovely to have two bathrooms.

Beautiful property with everything you can need and a great view on Portland square. Nice location, super helpful staff and fast communication. Self check-in nice and easy. We'll be back soon
