Property is lovely, well appointed and very tidy. Welcome from Katie was warm and informative. Our relatively late change in bringing the dog along was met with a ‘no problem’. It’s fair to say that the weather did its best to spoil our couple of days away with constant rain but we were fortunate enough to be staying in such a delightful property so we made the most of it.

Loved this place, especially the view of Hopton castle and beautiful countryside from the balcony. Also, lovely apartment; warm, clean, well equipped and tasteful décor, and a friendly welcome. There are great walks sraight from the doorstep too.

The charm of the coachouse, in a very quiet setting and the fact that it was really well equiped. The views were stunning over the castle and the cows. Katie and Neville were very welcoming and helped us on any query we had.

Met by friendly Katie and Neville who explained where everything was. Katie accompanied us to the property showing how to best use the facilities. Private, very well equipped coach house, in outstanding location - a real treat to sit on the balcony listening to over 20 bird species each morning. Very clean comfortable and spacious. We could not fault staying here in any way.
