"Sehr schönes Haus - guter Ausgangspunkt für Toskana-Rundfahrt."

Sehr angenehmer Kontakt zur Vermieterin trotz sprachlicher Barrieren. Mit Hilfe ihres Sohnes, der ein wenig englisch sprach, konnte aber alles geklärt werden. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt. Besonders nett war die Versorgung mit frischen Eiern und Gemüse aus dem heimischen Anbau - danke dafür!!

Die Zufahrt ist relativ steil und steinig. Die Nähe zur Autostrada ist gewöhnungsbedürftig.

Sehr schönes Haus - tolle Gastgeber ( helfen bei allem ). Riesiges abgeschlossenes Grundstück - man ist ganz für sich.

In die Küchenausstattung ( Geschirr - Pfannen - Töpfe und sonstige normalen Hilfsmittel ) sollte ma 300 - 500 EUR investieren, dann würde die gute Grundlage nochmals erheblich verbessert . Und die Grundreinugung vor Mieterwechsel könnte verbessert werden ( u.a. schmierige Dunstabzugshaube und Pfanne/Töpfe )

"Ár-érték arányban fantasztikus és a látvány pazar!"

A ház csodálatosan szép, nagyon autentikus. A kert is pazar, nagyon nyugodt és rendezett.

Az autópálya a ház felett megy el, ez azért hangos. A település egy iparterület kb, ezért ott nincsen semmi (étterem/bolt). Az edények/evőeszközök/poharak tisztasága kicsit hanyag volt és kevés is.

Minden tökéletes volt, nagyon kedvesek a szállásadók és a szállás is nagyon kényelmes, minden megtalálható benne, amire szükség van. Firenzébe hamar el lehet jutni, de érdemes meglátogatni az alábbi városokat is: Assisi, Siena, San Gimignano. A vendéglátás, a szállásadók segítőkészsége, kedvessége is tökéletes. Szeretnénk még visszajönni a közeljövőben.

Minden tökéletes volt, minden nagyon tetszett.
