Winj Management at Imago Loft Residence

没任何一方面好。

整间屋子都残旧，又脏又多灰尘，冷气也不冷，第一晚就被热得不能睡，第二天早上投诉了说找人来弄 也没来弄，我们也等了很久也没来，第二晚我们全家人都要三更半夜找酒店住。

I appreciate the early check in at 1pm and the location is a residential unit right next to the Imago Shopping Mall It's so spacious and has everything you need for a family gathering, like a washing machine, water filter, refrigerator, Tv with Netflix , wifi provided, 2 units of car park.

But when we first walked in, it was so hot! So we turned on the two air conditioners in the living room, and honestly, it's still warm even after hours of running. 2nd: hygiene seems to be neglected. We came with toddlers, and honestly, it was a bit disappointing when the basic things of paid accommodation were ignored. The kitchen and everything are really dusty . it seems like it hasn't been used in quite some time. The plate shelf has turned black, and the cupboards are broken. There were also cigarette buds on the balcony.

Location ..helpful owner ..can access to 2 big pool and big garden with kids playground...comfortable room

Lobby where you need to take the key from mailbox...need to park at the road side in the middle of traffic..until I get honked

Location actually nice with beautiful view. All facilities were complete and place was clean Spacious. Tq

Experienced blackout (no electricity for almost 4 hours There was no emergency number to contact. Exit door was locked and unable to open, and there was no emergency number to contact. There was also problem with parking card. Tq
