"Needs some TLC"

Good Aircon, WiFi, location

Needs a major upgrade. The entire apartment needs a paint, dirty scuffmarks over all the walls. The bathroom was not in good shape, we chose not to shower there, rust everywhere, soap scum, leaky toilet, swollen vanity. It would have been nice once, but zero maintenance or deep cleaning has been done probably since being built. Cockroaches in bathroom aswell. Whole place felt grubby
