"Kleine süsse Wohnung mitten in der Stadt Arona"

Die Unterkunft war mitten im städchen, es war alles zu Fuss zu erreichen. Es war Sauber und geräumig. Ich würde jederzeit wieder kommen

Die Kommunikation war etwas schwierig auf Englisch, schlussendlich hat aber alles geklappt

Perfect location, close to the lake, restaurants, ferry and the train station but still very quiet at night. Apartment is spacious, has a charming balcony and well equipped kitchen (coffee machine🥰).

The only thing I didn’t like was the communication with our host. She was texting me multiple times (it was a 2 nights stay..), only in Italian and only on WhatsApp (refused to communicate via booking), asking us to send pictures of us in the apartment or picture of 8 eur of tax we were supposed to leave in the apartment as a proof, expecting me to answer within 1 hour late in the evening.. this has never happened to me before and leaves an unpleasant memory of otherwise really nice stay.

The location is perfect. The apartment was newly renovated and looks exactly as shown in the photos. Everything was well functioning. The host was very friendly and informative.

Be aware that there is no stove and few cooking utensils. I didn't mind as I wasn't planning to cook.
