It was a great stay, the staff were very customer focused and the service was excellent. Mr Jibin was very supportive and provided us with excellent customer service. Overall great value for money.

towels and bed sheets were dirty even after washing, personnel from first till general manager tried to prove that its all good with that, negotiations took more than hour... crazy :( firstly i had reservation for 3 nights, but i told them that i dont want to stay longer they requested anyway to pay for all 3 nights. I categorically refused to do it. Then general manager foud formal reason that i late with complain. After first night i left hotel to the exhibition and didn't have time to cancel future stay and talked with them only at 7.30 pm do didn't checked out at 12 am. That was my mistake he formally was right, so i had to stay and to pay and for second nigh, because had not more energy to moo anywhere else. Strictly recommend to choose other places for your staying.

Very clean hotel. Basic facilities to suit our needs close to Gleneagles hospital as we went for a medical visit. Super friendly, helpful and efficient staff catering to our every need.
