Relaxing Apartment in Parque das Naçoes

The location is very good. Close to shopping ,restaurants ,transportation, sea side and parks. Very safe day and night . Very helpful host . Comfortable ,clean ,large apartment with elevator , no noise , and have two balconies . Looking to south direction , sunny + closers at window makes the bedroom dark for a cozy sleep. Kitchen good equip , we made our breakfast every morning .

We liked everything . As a minor comment to host , the fridge door opens to wrong direction which can be fixed very easy + shower head needs attention a little bit .

The location is perfect.

This apartment is outdated. All the furniture is very uncomfortable, The sofabed is unsleepable. As you can read in other reviews, the furniture hasn´t been replaced for years.

Property was in a great location close to shopping and metro. The building is on a quiet street and is well maintained. Central heating is a bonus in winter months.

The apartment is looking tired. I had stayed there 8 years ago and unfortunately the furniture hasn’t been changed since then and is looking old and in need of replacement. The microwave is literally falling apart. Parking can also be difficult to find but we were fortunate to discover a paid underground parking lot a couple of streets away.

Cozy apartment for 3 people. The apartment has everything you need (stove, kettle, dishes, towels, blankets). The apartment is warm. Parking along the house is paid, in the neighboring house there is a paid underground parking Telpark. Large supermarket with groceries - 5 minutes. Oceanarium - 2 minutes. Near the Oceanarium there is McDonald's and 7 more restaurants and cafes. The metro is 10 minutes away, not difficult to find. The apartment and location are great.

Very good location in a fascinating modern space, close to amenities, bus and metro. A very quiet area with no late night revellers. Bed comfortable. Overall, enjoyable stay well hosted.

Apartment in need of a little TLC. Furniture comfortable, but a little worn, shower head still not replaced from earlier comment🙁. Would have liked fold up furniture on the balcony. Not to take away from what was a pleasant stay in a comfortable apartment.
