Appartamento completamente ristrutturato, pulito e funzionale, aria condizionata, ultimo piano con piccolo solarium. A poca distanza c'è a disposizione un box auto chiuso. Camere ampie e due bagni. Comodo anche il divano letto in soggiorno. Corso Matteotti a una decina di minuti a piedi.

Il caseggiato non è all'altezza dell'appartamento.

Lieli , plaši apartamenti ar kondicionieri. Patika lielais balkons , kur varēja atpūsties. Bija divi balkoni , Lifts , trauku Mašīna, veļasmašīna un viss nepieciešamais dzīvošanai.

"Très bel appartement, bien équipé, grand, propre, proche du centre. parfait !"

Le logement très beau et très bien équipé. Il est proche du centre et le garage à proximité est très apprécié. L'hôte, Carlo était très disponible, sympathique et de bon conseil.

L'ascenseur : un peu ancien et petit mais qui a le mérite d'exister.

Unterkunft ist sehr gut komfortabel aber fehlt viele Kleinigkeiten besonders wenn jemand kommt am Wochenende ( Kaffe .Duschegel Wasser Waschmittel etc) weil Sie können das nicht kaufen weil alles ist zu. Und man muss ekstra zahlen für Handtücher und Sie erhalten nur eins pro Person, klein und groß, für 10 Tage) Das steht natürlich nicht in der Beschreibung.

"Krásny apartmán v centre Sanremo"

Priateľský a nápomocný majiteľ Carlo, ďakujeme. Výborná poloha ubytovania neďaleko centra. Veľmi dobre vybavený apartmán s kuchynkou a príslušným zariadením. Dve spálne s vlastnými kúpeľňami, čo sme ako dva páry veľmi ocenili. Ako bonus parkovanie v podzemnej garáži kúsok od apartmánu v cene a neoceniteľná Carlova pomoc pri nájdení bezplatného parkovacieho miesta pre druhé auto!

Problém s vypadávaním elektrického prúdu pri používaní viacerých spotrebičov.

L'appartement est spacieux, bien aménagé, confortable et agréable à vivre. La présence de deux chambres et de deux salles de bain est très pratique pour deux couples. Avec la grande terrasse, il est facile et plaisant de manger, prendre l'apéritif ou le soleil en profitant sur place du climat de San Remo. La proximité avec le centre ville comme avec la vieille ville est très appréciable. Cerises sur le gâteau, l'existence d'un grand garage et la gentillesse et l'accueil de Carlo.
