Palazzo Zappata luxury room Noto centro

Emplacement extra. Immeuble à l angle du corso Vittorio Emanuele (rue où tout est à voir à Noto). Palais du 18ème siècle. En travaux. En plus de la chambre, vous avez un vestibule, un très grand salon décoré 19ème et la chambre (ainsi que le dressing) est immense. Parking dans la cour. Très bonne communication avec Manuela et bon accueil par sa maman. Bon séjour 😀.

Rien. Pour une nuit c était parfait. La seule chose à laquelle prêter attention c'est l entrée de la cour. Avec une Peugeot 208, ça passait juste en faisant plusieurs manœuvres. Si vous avez une plus grosse voiture vous risquez de ne pas pouvoir rentrer.

Beautiful old apartment right in the center of Noto with a delightful balcony. Lovely owner and her very kind daughter who drove out to get us and guide us into the center. Roomy and comfortable. Historic building. Parking right inside.

Like staying in a palace

Sehr nette und freundliche Kommunikation mit Manuela. Eigener Parkplatz direkt vor der Unterkunft mitten im Zentrum. Sehr sauber - gerne wieder 🙂.

Le palais et son histoire, la gentillesse des hôtes et l’emplacement, en plein centre historique!

Groot appartement, alle faciliteiten voorhanden. Uitstekende ligging. Auto kon worden geparkeerd op binnenplaats! Vernieuwde badkamer, top. Zoek je ruimte bij je overnachting, dan is dit je plek!

Kamer is fantastisch en schoon: hal en voorkomen in antieke oude sfeer doen (te) verouderd aan, daar hoef je echter nauwelijks te verblijven.

The location is fantastic, right in the heart of old Noto so you are on the doorstep of everything for exploring by foot. The parking in the courtyard was very convenient, but just be aware that the street entrance is narrow (as you would expect in an old town). We were greeted by the host's Mum, who was absolutely lovely and the communication with the host was excellent. The room is absolutely unique, it really is being in an old palace. The entry room is huge and filled with antique furniture, while the bedroom and bathroom are modern and beautiful. The breakfast is by way of voucher at a bar/cafe close by, where you can have a coffee and excellent pastries. We highly recommend this property for a stay in Noto.

Lediglich die Lage. Der Rest ist absolut überbewertet.

Von „luxury“ kann überhaupt keine Rede sein. Alles ist herunter gekommen, marode, komplett abgewohnt und gleicht einer Rumpelkammer. Wobei mit Kabelbinder abgeschlossene Schränke sowie Damenhygieneartikel, Rasierer und Schaum den Eindruck vermitteln, dass hier jemand wohnt. Das Fenster im Schlafraum konnte mit Mühe verdunkelt aber nicht geöffnet werden. Im Bad sind statt Fliesen PVC als Ablage und Abdichtung verwendet worden. Vorsicht auch beim Parkplatz! Die Einfahrt und der Platz selbst sind nur für Kleinstfahrzeuge geeignet.

Excellent location, very central on the main street. The suite was perfect, with period luxury and tasteful antiques. The host was very welcoming. The place was very clean and spacious. Although the windows and balconies overlook the main busy street of Noto, once inside, the rooms are very quiet. The parking inside the courtyard was just right. We highly recomend the stay at this luxury room in Palazzo Zappata where you can realy experience a time travel stay with a big smile in the lovely tiwn of Noto.
