Great restaurant staff and Operations manager Mahindi looked after our groups needs including one of our party who was glutinous free He gave us excellent advice re trips and snorkelling and laud on a special birthday meal for one of our party who was He even showed us a 152kg yellow fin tuna caught and brought to hotel which we tried the best tuna steaks He coukd not do enough to ensure our group was looked after

Booking.com / hotel mid advertising /miselling Pictures of roof top terrace are not accurate and had to ask fir chairs to be taken upstairs to sit on to admire a view Building site either site - see pictures If you are on edge rooms that’s what you will see a building site surrounding the hotel Seaview balcony rooms are advertised but can only get sea view from 3rd floor upwards - we had to ask to move having paid for that sea view - if the hotel had been full to capacity then we would have been very disappointed

Close to the beach and amazing sea life to explore. Small island and easily explored on foot and lots of help from the staff. Excellent food from the hotel restaurant.

The swimming pool area needs repair and more shaded areas are required on the roof top.

Great location, extremely friendly and helpful staff, delicious food at every meal and amazing, relaxed atmosphere which made us feel like at home 😀

The WiFi was very slow and difficult to locate, but it’s only a detail 😊

Misold and misled by advertising and pictures Sea view balcony on lower floors - no seaview due to palms need to be on 3rd floor or higher despite booking early and having pictures of the room we booked in our name it wasn’t seaview and we had to persist to be moved and due to availability we were moved Balcony view is of building site and full construction of high rise blocks either side of hotel - our friends had balcony with view which was appalling of construction site and despite booking early and being given pictures of room we booked we were unable to change and got only €70 dollar refund against speed boat transfer we just wanted to move rooms but not possible due to capacity - not what we paid for Hotel manager/ reception stated he had updated bookings.com with updated pictures of construction site showing the issue as agreed but he stated bookings.com had removed them Someone is not telling the truth and I told reception it was miselling and needed to be corrected and I would put honest review on site No proper seating upstairs on terrace - needed to ask for chairs to be brought up Dangerous balcony railing Dirty stagnant pool filter Beach erosion thus not able to lay in beach outside hotel Beach garden has construction workers materials in as they are working either side of the hotel in large construction Pictures don’t reflect the hotel current status
