No hot water was fixed immediately. Roller blind did not work properly was fixed when parts came in on last day. Blind stayed down for almost 28 days

"Worst stay in Playa del Carmen, Worst host on Booking"

Disgusting Airbnb, STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE, there is no running water for hours in the day, never any hot water, cockroaches infest the entire apartment. The property manager is never available and when you tell him the water doesn’t work he takes days to reply. That isn’t the worst of it, the construction starts at 7am doesn’t end until 7pm all day you will hear drilling, the apartment is also not secure the door supposed to auto lock and never does all day our door was left unlocked. Please do not ruin your vacation to stay here

The condo was steps away from 5th Avenue (the shopping/restaurant district), less than 10 minute walk to Walmart and Mega grocery store. A beautiful beach was approximately 6 blocks from the condo. The alternate bus station was three weeks away. It was in a perfect location.

Everything was perfect.
