"very nice apartment"

lovely apartment. has a great size kitchen. getting into the apartment was easy since the instructions given were very clear. bed was very comfortable.

maybe I just didn’t see them, but on my stay I had no garbage bags in the trash cans so I had to use one of my shopping bags for that. not much around in the near area. coffee shops are like a 5-10 minute walk away. same with grocery stores. that’s not necessarily the problem of the property but it’s good to know.

The apartment and location was ideal for anyone looking to stay or be near city centre. The apartment building itself was immaculate and beautiful designed / decorated. So to was the apartment.

If I was being picky there was a few issues with the lift and the alarm but I do believe the building itself was relatively newly built and with everything new there are bound to be issues. A vending machine in the lobby would be ideal to grab quick refreshments. Snacks juice ect.

The stay was comfortable, and the host was very polite and understanding. When we had an issue with being locked out one night, he handled it well and even offered us another night to make up for it.

One night the door was locked, and we couldn’t get in until the next day, which was inconvenient.

Good communication with the host - always available and quick responses. Well equipped and quiet location, not far from the centre

Unfortunately the apartment was not clean when we arrived but the host was very apologetic and resolved the issue as quickly as possible. This was an unfortunate incident and we understand that it was out of their control, but we appreciated the excellent work of the two ladies who came to rectify the problem, as well as the host, who kept in contact to ensure we were happy. After this, the apartment was clean and had everything we needed for our stay in Leeds.
