The home is beautiful with a wonderful view of the sea. Spacious and beautifully decorated.

The kitchen refrigerator was out of service. It obviously had a dead animal inside/underneath it. The smell was awful. A substitute refrigerator was available in the dining room. Grout in primary suite shower had mold. Heat/AC was difficult to manage (mini splits with complicated remotes.) Small things were broken: sink sprayer, basket on coffee pot, bookshelf in living room. The laundry from the previous visitors' stay was left in bags outside the house and remained there for our whole stay. Carpets were dirty. Baseboards dusty. When I tried to contact office to complain about these things, got voicemail. They took 24 hours to get back to me, and then when I tried to return their call, got voicemail again. Also, I never received instructions via text or email as to where to report on arrival. It was a difficult process to get in to house. At $6,000 for four nights, you would think service would be better. There needs to be someone who actually inspects the home periodically to see what needs repair/deep cleaning. I expected better quality for that amount of money.
