Stunning new central home near Basilica

The location is great. The space (rooms, kitchen and bathroom) is big and all around confortable. There's a lot of storage and is perfect for a big group.

There was no WiFi connection, despite the fact that we were told that there was. And when we let them know about the problem (via the email and phone number that were on the reservation data), we did not get an answer in return. Also, the bathroom had a weird and nasty smell upon arrival and throughout all of our stay and the floor on the second day filled up quickly with water when showering.

The apartment is very spacious, clean and super well located Customer service (reactivity to answer messages), instrucions provided, etc has been very professional and remarkable

There are 3 points that could be improved: 1. There is a very strong smell to sewer coming from the toilet, spread over all the apartment, which made our stay not pleasant at all. 2. A coffee machine with some coffee capsules and few infusions, would have been highly appreciated. 3. Amenities (shampoo, body soap, etc) were also missing. As regards to the last 2 points, we understand that this is an apartment (not a hotel), but these little things costs almost nothing and nowadays are usually offered in touristic rentals.

The location of the apartment is excellent, the accommodation has quite modern look.

The sewers had very strong smell, the furniture is bit beaten up.

Property was very spacious and clean. Extremely central. Air conditioning was wonderful in the heat.

The location was great! And the apartment is spacious. The big windows are great for some sunlight during the day. I love that there were lots of chairs and couch and a big dining table.

DIRTY!!!!!!!!!!!! NO WIFI!!!! We stayed there for 5 days. There was Wifi but it didn't work. FIRST DAY as soon as got there, we asked the Owner to fix and was instructed to reset... Of course we tried but it didn't work. After discussion the owner said he would contact the internet service provider. We asked for updates daily but failed to get a response or fix for the whole stay. The room was big. But dirty!!!!!!! The curtain in the living room was broken. The washer machine had mold. There were blankets with all stains and unfolded in the closet. You coukd tell the room was not properly cleaned before arrival. I don't recommend this place. Due to the lack of communication with resident and cleaniness.
