It seems to be impossible to get a VAT invoice for the stay. I have contacted the owner, via booking.com, but my request is completely ignored. Please assist me to identify the owner, so that I can take this up further.

The Taj Hotel is a fantastic establishment and really live up to their 5 star rating. The manager felt compassion the situation that the booking agent Kobus put us in. Micky really turned a sour start (through no fault of his own) into a lovely stay.

This is a private residence that is in the Hotel and run by an agent named Kobus who works for AIM Hospitality. Our booking was NOT SENT through to the Hotel prior to our arrival and the check in time on this listing is incorrect as the check in time is 3pm. We arrived there at 2pm as per Kobus check in time and because our booking was NOT sent through to the Hotel, we ended up having to wait TWO HOURS IN THE LOBBY. UNACCEPTABLE. I contacted the whatsapp line for the agent and have still had no response.
