Extremely flexible. Greeted with a nice gift of goodies. Very large accommodation with it's own area to walk around. Owners very friendly and helpful. It was a true delight!!!

Amazing place - part downstairs with seperate entrance. Owners live upstairs. We had coffee, tea, full kitchen for our disposal. Despite late arrival we had amazing food left in the kitchen: bread, some coockies, olive oil they produce, home made pomegranate jam, lavender honey, eggs from their chicken. There were also homemade lavender products left to buy - I purchased the candle. The place is very clean with nice vanity products fro Idea Toscana company - very nice, local touch. All info was printed and left for us in our language - we were moved by this. Wish we had stayed there longer than one night. Great place to come for longer relaxing holiday.

We loved everything about this place! We had such a friendly and warm welcome, and the apartment was lovely. It had everything we could need/want and more. It was warm, comfortable, spacious, clean and there were so many thoughtful additions like treats for breakfast. We loved the embroidered curtain panels, and the hand painted artwork at the front door too. The location is great, close to Volterra which is a great town to visit. Thank you so much for our stay - we highly recommend this lovely spot and kind, thoughtful hosts! Our car smells of lavender now!

We (2 adults + 1 teen) have stayed at this lovely home which is really cared for and equipped with everything you could have imagined and far beyond. House consists of 2 bedroom and 2 bathrooms. Bathroom amenity is better than the hotel which is local Tuscan produce with beautiful aroma scent. Thanks to the owner’s kind gesture and consideration, house was already heated with comfortable temperature when we have checked in at night. We also found a surprise breakfast item, sweets breakfast, drinks yogurt, eggs much and more on the dining table. This was very useful. We originally thought of grabbing the breakfast on the way after the check out. Instead, we could have a breakfast at the comfort of the house before checking out. Also, communication was great too. Owner speaks English is great plus in Italy for non Italian speaker. Since it was winter and we just stayed for 1 night just to sleep over, unfortunately I could not use outdoor facility. It would have been nice to chill out in the outdoor area with BBQ during the summer months with scent of Lavender around you overlooking the Tuscan countryside to relax our mind from the daily hectic life. If you are looking for the place to stay, this is such a rare to find with full of comfort and lovely owner family with heart of Gold – not to be missed. You will never regret it. I highly recommend this place to anyone. In fact, I cannot recommend enough and cannot describe how great it is. One must experience it to know and appreciate this gem. Thank you so much for the unforgettable stay. It was a truly magical experience.

Absolutely Nothing

A very nice apartment with all the amenities. Local treats were delicious. The family is very nice and keeps a clean farm.

We liked everything. The host is the most caring I've ever seen. The house was wonderful, all new and clean. The kitchen was packed with food from their farm, there was everything we needed and even more. Also there were a lot of small nice things, like package of wonderful local cosmetics, welcome letter in Lithuanian language!!!, package of Halloween candies for a kid - all those small things that made our stay exceptional!

we have been to many countries and many accommodations, but they are the best! lots of small attentions increased our comfort. they greeted us in our own language ( hungarian) and treated us with homemade delicacies.+++++

Extremely helpful and kind hosts. We arrived early and they greeted us with warm focaccia and their delicious olive oil to thank us for our patience while they finished the cleaning. When asked to refer us to a tailor to shorten the sleeves of my father's new jacket, they not only found one but dropped it off and picked it up for us. When it rained during our stay, they texted us indoor attractions we could visit. So sweet and thoughtful. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. There was a very generous welcome basket in the kitchen and in the fridge, full of local products. This attention to detail continued with the high quality Tuscan soap, creme, shampoo, etc. as well as bath robes that were provided. Location is quiet in the countryside, convenient to visit Volterra and San Gimignano and local vineyards. Great value for money.
