Ekostay Cliffside Villa I Mountain View

At the time of arrival it was neat, clean and well maintained. The Mountain view from the villa was amazing. The swimming pool was not so big but it was good to enjoy with family and friends. The bedroom was clean and comfortable. We celebrate the birthday of one of our family member. Its was great. The food was tasty and the caretaker was very kind and polite. We only faced Network issues. Overall it was mind relaxing stay without any phone calls.

Location, views and scenic beauty views from the property, Staff is supportive and cooperative.

Hygiene issues, property is not maintained well. The sofa and chairs are not in good condition. Not adequate capacity of seating for the group of 10 people. False ceiling fell down (Fortunately during the night, so no injury).

The people who host the property are fraud.

We did the bookings on booking.com After the payment was done when I sent the screenshot to the host,I was being told that the property is already booked and they can’t onboard me. Reason given was inventory error. Then they asked me to cancel the bookings on bookings.com Which I never did.

there is no maintenance of the property ,very poor presentation, it is not looking as per photos.

The view is amazing from the property. We were helped by the caretaker for our basic needs and he was a very sweet guy.

No heater in pool

The property gets alive at night when the breeze is cool and the vibes are chill.

The view and feel of the property is nice as it is literally on a cliff.
