Detailed welcoming message. Property very clean with welcoming biscuits and milk etc. Everything needed to totally chill with the hot-tub being easy to use and so so comfy. Poynton itself was a pleasant surprise with lovely surrounding area.

Totally nit picking here but the TV in the bedroom could be positioned better but it is really nitpicking.

Beautiful setup. lovely quiet area. hot tub was very relaxing 🙂 Host was very contactable and kindly let us have a slightly check out.

Not as private as we had hoped, with some accommodation with slight views into the enclosed garden.

I really liked the modern design and the facilities available - dishwasher (even dishwasher tablets), washing machine, hot tub, plenty of crockery and nice little touches like tea and coffee. Everything was spotlessly clean. Bathroom felt really luxurious - nice large walk in shower and soaker tub. The surrounding area was beautiful and the position of the property was ideal for short walks and long walks along the canal or old railway line. The village of Poynton was great - plenty of supermarket choices and restaurants. Really useful information pack on local walks.

The only thing for me was the privacy. The large bifold doors had no covering. I understand it would be hard to cover them, and although the wall behind the property was high, you could still see the tops of peoples heads. The pergola over the hot tub was great, but it would be nice to have had the end of the garden covered from the side path, which wasn't a major thoroughfare, but when in the tub a few people did wander past.
