"My family enjoyed our stay and loved the pool time."

I loved the 2 bedroom executive suite. We had a great view and the condo was comfortable. I loved the pools, arcade and all the valet accommodations.

The maze of the property trying to get to different places was a bit of a challenge but any staff I ran into helped us and it made it easier.

"Great stay in perfect location for skiing"

The location of Westgate Resorts next to the gondola is great. The ski valet gave us our skis each morning next to the gondola, where we dropped them back at the end of the day. Service was great. The shuttle service was also another highlight.

Given the condo is a private property, the front desk of Westgate Resorts can’t help with any problems inside the room. We had a problem with the shower (which in the end we solved) but no one answered at the phone number provided in the room for emergencies. Luckily, we didn’t have any issues but the support was deficient.
