Hotel Zuxritdin with XIX century museum

The wifi was fast. The host was very friendly. The price was fair. And if you come here for "local experience", I would recommend this place. It is not an ordinary hostel, instead it's a family host. By staying here you can have a glance of how the locals here live, what they eat and what they do in their days.

it was extremely hard to find at the first place. There is no "Zuxridin" on the map if you are trying to call a taxi. The nearest one would be Hotel Volida. The owner seems very interested in the outside world, we became friend during the stay. I had agreed to write them a good review, as I had nice conservations with them, but they would HAVE TO WAIT for a while, as I am still traveling. But the owner didn't seemed to know to respect personal spaces, after my check out, she kept asking day by day when will I write them a good review, whenever she saw I'm posting something on IG. This was very annoying even after I told her it is impolite, but she kept asking for like six or seven times.

More than a hotel it is a family house. The daughter speaks a bit of english and she's very welcoming. She makes the place shine. If you like playing chess, you need to come and stay at Zuxritdin. It's an authentic experience. Located in the center of the town, you can walk to everywhere easily. Come and meet this family!

There are some things that could be improved. For instance, the shower has a small leak. They just give you your room key, so someone needs to open the house door. Finally, you need to ask for a towel, they don't give it to you in the check-in.

Infrastructure is old and not well maintain. It is compliment and advise if you can maintain it well. This is the best location.

This is not a regular hotel experience as it is a family guesthouse but in my eyes better. The room and facilities were well maintained and air conditioning was great to have for the price, the daughter of the owners had a level of english you won't get in a lot of hotels in Uzbekistan and the location was excellent in that you were more or less smack bang in the centre of old town but the real stand out part was the hospitality I received - including but not limited to being invited to share dinner with the family, having breakfast made each morning for me and when they realised I didn't like an aspect of the breakfast they changed it for me and on my last day when I had to leave at 4am to get a train the owner and his daughter woke up to make sure my registration was complete and that I was awake, in addition to all of this they just made me feel incredibly welcome and they were so kind really cannot highlight this enough. I would seriously recommend to anyone who is happy with a less traditional hotel experience as here you get to experience an actual Uzbek home and the hospitality that comes with that. If I come back to Bukhara I will 100% stay here again it was really a standout part of my trip

This is a family guesthouse so not exactly like a hotel but in my eyes even better. The room was four beds even though I was by myself and was well maintained and included great air conditioning in addition to this the house of the owners was excellent. Amin and his family were so welcoming and I really cannot get over the level of service provided, including but not limited to making breakfast for me each morning and changing it when they found out I didn't like a part of it, they also invited me to dinner with them one night, in addition to this on my last day I had to leave at 4am due to a train and Amin and his daughter got up to make sure that I was awake and had my registration documents. Additionally the daughter of the owners speaks a level of english that you wouldn't even get at some of the bigger hotels in Uzbekistan so definitely a plus if no Russian or Uzbek like me. Really cannot highlight enough how welcome I was made to feel here and I would seriously recommend to others. As I said not your classic hotel experience but in my eyes better as you got to see an actual Uzbek home and get their hospitality. The location was great too as well within walking distance of everything worth seeing. For the price I feel like it would be impossible to do better. If I return to Bukhara I will 100% stay here
