Great location that’s it!!

They gave us the tiniest room for four adults no washcloths the pullout sofa was hard as a rock. The bed was way too soft ,kitchen was entirely too small. The bathroom was inside the bedroom when I told them that my concerns they offered to move me to a view room on the same floor, but would charge me more. I reached out again. They offered to move me to a bigger room on the third floor for no additional cost that place ended up being worse. There was absolutely no heat in the whole entire unit. We were all freezing things were broken and falling apart they did not properly clean or restock the kitchen and both rooms we were in when I asked about the heat they offered to move me back up to the sixth floor, which was way too much to do that. A dissatisfied customer will not be returning..

Convenient location close to downtown and many restaurants. Cozy atmosphere. Very nice and helpful staff.

Some of the towels were stained and there was a hair in the bed. A bit dusty. There was no kettle to boil water or supplies for tea. The bed was very loud and too soft. There was no cold water coming out of the kitchen sink tap. The photos of the studio apartment were not accurate.

Code worked perfectly. The message I received prior to arrival had everything explained.

Nothing at all. This properly is amazing!

We made our own breakfast in the completely outfitted kitchenette. The location was so great - walkable for everything we wanted to see and do.

The apartment set up gives a very home feel, Mona at the front desk was very helpful throughout the 2 day stay.

Area of hotel isn’t the best but the staff definitely make up for it with helpful recommendations nearby, tips for easy entry, and frequent communication.
