They let us drop our bags off early before check in. Enough room for four people. Comfortable.

Wasn’t clean. The host/managing agent sent so many messages before we stayed with information, it was very repetitive and some of it irrelevant (e.g. car parking), to the point where it was difficult to find info we needed. Check in was 4pm which when you’re staying one or two nights is very late. No Toilet roll upon arrival and no washing up sponge, not mentioned in the hundreds of messages. Had to Empty the bins and take out the rubbish when we left, which when you’re paying £40 cleaning fee you wonder why…!

The apartment was beautiful, spacious, and in a superb location

The cleaning could have been more thorough, as there were flies in the living room and kitchen. It would also be helpful if basic toiletries, such as hand soap, were provided. The stairs were quite challenging to manage with luggage, and it does get loud in the evenings during the weekends
