Appartamenti Passuello Padola - Marrone

Super mooie omgeving, heel erg net appartement. Van alle gemakken voorzien. 3 slaapkamers, 3 badkamers, 4 televisies echt niks te klagen.

The apartment is spacious and very new, clean and in good maintenance condition. Up until the cooking incident (see below), the representative was very nice and communication was great.

The kitchen was not properly stocked. We had issues with the kitchen equipment, cutting knives were missing (they were replaced the next day) and we could not find a pot suitable for boiling water for pasta. The water was warming very slowly but never reaching a boil. The representative said this had something to do with our not being able to operate an induction stove, but we were able to use, e.g, one of the pans and another small pot for cooking. In the end we wasted our evening shopping and preparing a dinner that we didn't eat and waiting for the water to boil. We ended up going to a restaurant. We were not compensated for this eventuality. It is a shame because for 50 EUR worth of kitchen equipment this could have been a very nice stay.

Everything. The host and apartment are wonderful, so you should stay here! Super easy and clear communication to arrange arrival and departure. The apartment is superb. Great care and thought has obviously been applied to the apartment design and layout. All of the rooms have a large, spacious feel with lots of light. It feels almost new and is immaculately clean. It feels like a penthouse suite in a boutique hotel. The deign and fixtures and fittings are very high quality. The host has also provided a complete selection of high quality kitchen equipment and utensils. It is located above a Spar shop (very convenient!) with parking directly below, and close to a bar restaurant and the area is very quiet. This will be my default place to stay on future visits to the Dolomites and is a great choice for couples but also for larger families or a group.
